We may reject or cancel your order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Incorrect pricing.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it has not been shipped. After this period, cancellations may not be possible.

5. Shipping & Delivery

While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or natural events.

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. If you have any issues with delivery, please contact the carrier directly.

Items will not be delivered on public holidays, and shipping timeframes are estimates, not guarantees.

Final Sale Items: Items purchased during sales are non-refundable or exchangeable unless out of stock.

6. Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for items that are unused and in their original packaging within 5 days of delivery. Shipping charges and related expenses (such as customs fees) are non-refundable.

Returned items must be shipped at the customer’s expense. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. All returns must be sent to the address provided by customer support.

Exchanges are limited to one per order. We are not responsible for duties, taxes, or additional fees on returned items.
